Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
We have two available shipping methods. Standard shipping is shipped through Ghana Post and will be received between 21 days after the product is made and shipped out. Express shipping will be shipped by DHL shipping service. By selecting express shipping, you will receive your order between 5-7 business days after product is made and shipped. Shipping costs are calculated by weight and distance.

Please note we have a order minimum of $150. All orders over $300 will receive free shipping.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Berto Apparel has a no return or exchange policy. However, for any reason you would like to return and/or exchange an item you may receive a store credit. This credit can be used towards any item available on our website. Please note if you would like to be eligible for store credit, you must inform our customer service no later than 7 days after receiving your product. Any requests after the 7 day time frame will be invalid.
